Mr. Clark, I’m so grateful to have you again this year. I might not have liked the subject of Technology, but you, as a teacher, will and always will be amazing. Thank you for showing me how to use Sketch, even if I didn’t want to do the work. Still, thank you so much for being my first teacher last year at New Way. You have always shown me kindness and support for these two years. Meeting you, you are funny, really goofy sometimes, always making jokes that make no sense at all, but you always show students respect. Regardless, what I know about Mr. Clark is that he is amazing when it comes to journalism. He knows what he’s doing and is excellent when it comes to it. He’s been at New Way for 24 years. He has an amazing wife, Mrs. Clark, who is also very kind and supports all the students here at New Way; both of them are very hardworking, amazing teachers. Mr Clark wanted to teach because he loved the concept of becoming a teacher and helping the new generation, but he never actually wanted to teach; he always wanted to become an architect, but found it to be too ambitious. Also, he ended up studying speech-language pathology and decided to become a special education teacher. He never really thought of becoming a teacher until he applied for a special education master’s degree. He ended up loving his job and stayed here for 24 years.
