The NBA Cup has been going on for about 2 years now, with last year’s winner being the Los Angeles Lakers, who beat the Pacers in the finals. There are 6 different divisions in the in-season tournament west A, west B, west C, East A, East B, and East C, and it lasts from November 12th to December 18th the NBA Cup was made to  have teams try and compete for a 2nd championship during the season and was also made to make more profit, according to ESPN.com’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

In my opinion on the NBA in season tournament is positive and it makes games more exciting and easier to watch. It  adds competition to the regular season.
