As a lot of us know, the Eagles beat the Chiefs in Super Bowl 59 20-38 in what was a blowout for more than 3 quarters of the game as the Eagle’s defense dominated Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs not only was the defense good the offense was able to also score 38 points on the chiefs’ defense another hot topic of the Super Bowl was the Kendrick Lamar and SZA Super Bowl half-time performance, in my opinion, it was great. In the first half, it was close in the first quarter, but the Eagles defense was just perfect, picking Patrick Mahomes off multiple times and sacking him without sending a single blitz, credit can be given to the defense and the offense of the Eagles. The Eagles should also get some credit for playing well in the first and most of the 2nd half despite an interception thrown by Jalen hurting the Eagle’s quarterback and multiple flags that should not have happened speaking of flags the Chiefs’ defense had over 15 called flags which was a reason that they lost. The biggest reason the Chiefs lost though was not only Travis Kelce being irrelevant most of the game and the butter-fingered wide receivers of the Chiefs. A lesson any team can learn from this game is what to do to make rotations, the chiefs kept playing the same guys so they got tired out. Don’t play the same guys to make adjustments and make sure you have a decent offensive line to block for the quarterback.
