On October 31st, New Way celebrates Halloween by throwing an all-school Halloween party with lots of cool stuff! Every class decorated their doors to look spooky and fun, and Lower School students walked around Campus getting treats from a lot of the upper class men, particularly high schoolers. Many kids dressed up in costumes as they walked around campus trick-or treating, and some high schoolers just wore costumes to show their Halloween spirit for fun. Some kids had very cool or funny or amazing costumes, but some kids didn’t bring costumes because they didn’t want to trick-or-treat.
The whole school had a door decorating contest, where every class decorated their doors to look spooky. A lot of their doors were pretty spooky and funny in their own sense, and a lot of Lower Schoolers liked the doors while they were trick or treating.
The New Way Halloween Party was pretty cool, and I hope we will continue this for years to come.
