Living in a desert is already miserable, first you have the heat in the summer, and the constant stay inside warning. 2nd, do you get like 2 months of good weather and 6 months of trashy weather, but that’s not what I’m here to talk about. I’m referring to the worst issue in the State of Arizona, specifically the monsoon season. Anytime it pours in Phoenix, it’s rare, but anytime it pours, the entire city is cooked and deep-fried because the flooding when it rains can get bad, like flash flood level bad. Phoenix, Arizona, is definitely not equipped to handle such flooding. Yet the worst part about it isn’t the flooding, it’s what the father math is usually if you don’t have flood insurance, because you’re cooked, as Arizona rainwater rushes through your home and floods everything, making it soaked and ruining a lot of stuff. On top of that, after the rain, the weather just changes suddenly, it’s cold, and the temperature is like 70 degrees, so the rain also cooks you by making you turn into a Snowman. 70 in Phoenix is cold.
Do you know what the worst part of monsoon season is? The rain always starts like a friend, a drizzle that everyone enjoys, then 30 seconds later, the water is coming down like it has a personal beef with you. To be honest, it might be with how hard those hail balls hi, they’re definitely the size of golf balls. With that being said, Arizona is a beautiful place in the winter, despite the flooding rain and any one stuff that hits our state. Arizona, as a state, might be cooked, maybe, but do we get bad floods, yes? With that, my closing sentence is Arizona, we are hot for 6th months, rainy for 4 months, and perfect for 2 months
